Our Diagnostic Services are for the customer who needs to find the problem, such as: “where is that water coming from?” Or “why won’t my AC get cold?”
The $200 covers up to 1 (one) hour of the Technicians time and does not include parts. If the issue is not resolved within the first hour, the Technician will provide an estimate for both parts and labor. This may be quoted ‘Flat Rate’ or ‘Hourly’ ($175/hour) depending on the diagnosis.
